Events

Volunteer for the mission. (RSVP by clicking on the event.) 

Keep comms channels open. (Watch for emails about the event such as reminders, waitlist changes, location updates, or cancellations.) 

Be aware of our crew requirements. (Events are a generally limited in size to six people to facilitate discussion, help the venues plan, and allow people get to know each other.) 

Obey Wheaton's Law. ("Don't be a dick." It is critical that you RSVP for events you want to attend, and attend the events for which you RSVP. RSVP's can be updated at any time, though the polite cutoff is at least 24 hours before the event. Stay home if you are sick.)
